Eating junk foods and other unhealthy foods are fun and delicious! But have you thought of what's the effect if you keep eating those? Well according to study, "Junk food describes food and drinks low in nutrients (e.g. vitamins, minerals and fibre) and high in kilojoules, saturated fat, added sugar and/or added salt. Eating too much junk food is linked to serious health problems. Junk foods are not a necessary part of any diet." so I think that it is not advisable to all of the people out there.
Why not eat the healthy foods like fruits and vegetables? it has a lot of things that can provide you in your daily activities. First, it gives you good mood or an optimistic one because healthy foods has a lot of nutrients and vitamins that can give your body and mind this things. Second is that you'll became stronger and it will help you a lot in emotional and physical things. Third, did you know that people who has cancer should eat a lot of healthy foods because it is proven that other diseases can be healed by the foods that we eat.
Always have in mind that eating healthy foods is good for you, specially if you are still young. Love and care for your own body.
• Exercise Daily
Give yourself a boost and go out, exercise. Did you know that exercise gives you also a good mood and to start your day into a good day. There are many things you can call as exercise like cleaning your room or other things.
• Rest
Dont forget that to be a healthy person you must rest well, have an 8 hours of sleep. Drink water before you sleep because this will allow your stomach to have a good cycle while you are sleeping. Be sure to rest, give your body some rest.
• Meditate or do Yoga
To be a healthy person you must also be healthy on the mind. Doing yogas or meditating helps you emotionally and spiritually.
• Stay Hydrated
Water gives your body the energy that you need. You might think that water is just for drinking but drinking water is very important. For me, it is good that you drink water atleast 10 glasses everyday, a tip is that you bring a water bottle or a tumbler with you so that you can achieve this thing. Instead of drinking sodas and other drinking suplements, I recommend to you guys that you drink water.
